Chrysocolla
Chrysocolla is a hydrated copper silicate mineral with a striking blue-green color — vivid, calm, and often mistaken for turquoise. The ancient Greeks called it "chrysos kolla" (gold glue) because they used it for soldering gold. The color comes directly from copper, the same element that colors turquoise and malachite.
You'll find Chrysocolla here in natural and dyed varieties. Some strands are mixed with Azurite (a deeper copper mineral) for richer color complexity. All are labeled honestly — Natural or Dyed — so you know exactly what you're working with.
Chrysocolla is versatile: use it in earrings, pendants, necklaces, and bracelets. Handle gently and avoid ultrasonic cleaners and prolonged water exposure.
You'll find these in multiple shapes and sizes — all precision-cut, US-stocked, and hand-picked. Offering good prices on quality. Browse our current selection.
