Our Ashanti glass bead collection features authentic recycled glass beads handcrafted by Ghanaian artisans using centuries-old powder glass and recycled glass techniques. The Ashanti people of Ghana have one of the richest traditions of glass bead making in West Africa. We carry two styles — classic green Ashanti rondelles and a stunning 44-inch assorted strand of mixed 10-20mm Ashanti beads in a variety of shapes and colors.
