Opalite Glass

Opalite is one of those materials that stops people in their tracks — a man-made glass fused with metals like copper, gold or cobalt to create a luminous, milky iridescence. It appears milky blue against a dark background and glows warm orange or peach when light shines through it. We carry opalite in an extensive range of shapes including smooth round, faceted round, smooth coin, smooth square, heart, oval, rondelle, faceted rondelle, heishi, faceted cube and stars — plus a beautiful pink opalite option. Sizes range from 4mm to 15mm. Mohs hardness 5.
