Dragon Blood

Dragon Blood Jasper is one of the most dramatically beautiful stones we carry — and one of the most honestly misnamed. Despite the name, it's actually not a jasper at all. It's also known as Dragon Stone, and its two colors come from two completely different minerals: the deep forest green from epidote and the vivid red from piemontite. Together they create a stone that looks like it was pulled straight from a fantasy world — which is exactly where the name comes from. Found in Western Australia and Brazil, each bead is completely unique with its own contrasting pattern of swirling green and red.
