Aquamarine
A member of the beryl family, aquamarine gets its name from the Latin word for "sea water," and the color lives up to it — ranging from pale sky blue to deeper oceanic blue-green tones with a beautiful natural clarity. It's one of the most durable gemstones we carry, sitting at 7.5–8 on the Mohs scale, which means it's a great choice for bracelets, necklaces and earrings alike. Aquamarine is also March's birthstone, making it a wonderful gift option year-round. We carry natural aquamarine bead strands in a range of shapes and sizes, all priced per strand. Because this is a natural untreated stone, some color variation between strands is normal and part of what makes each one special.
