Watermelon Quartz is a manmade hardened glass and is not formed naturally like other Quartz. There are natural forming colored Quartz, like Strawberry and Lemon Quartz.  More fruity quartz!  These beads are in a lovely pink, clear and green tones that are remind you of watermelon and watermelon tourmaline.  

The hardness of glass is 5.5 to 7.
